The “AcuGraph Password” screen requires the entry of a
password before any patient data will be displayed. This is to
prevent the disclosure of protected patient information to any
party that is not authorized to view it, in accordance with
HIPAA regulations.
The default password from the factory is set as “energy” (all
lower-case, and no quotes.) It is important that you change
the password to one of your own choosing to prevent
unauthorized access to protected patient data. The password
can be changed in the “General” tab of the “Preferences”
section of AcuGraph.
If you lose or forget your password, you will have to contact technical
support to regain access to the software. For your protection, you will
be required to verify valid ownership of AcuGraph to receive a new password.
